Cash Voucher

1. Monetary Gift Vouchers are valid from 24 months from the date of purchase. 2. Monetary Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against The Salthouse Spa, The Salthouse Restaurant, The Lookout, and Accommodation. 3. Minimum gift voucher value is £50. 4. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. 5. Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay a deposit. 6. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers, or split into more vouchers. 7. Gift vouchers may not be used towards Advanced Purchase. 8. Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods and services of a higher value, on payment of the difference. 9. Gift vouchers may be exchanged for services of a lower value, solely at the discretion of the hotel in which they are being used. 10. No change will be given out but the balance can be used for future purchases. 11. The original gift voucher must be presented upon arrival, and the unique reference ID code should be provided during booking and in all correspondence. 12. It is imperative that online vouchers are printed and presented upon arrival, otherwise an alternative payment method will be required. 13. Cancellation Policies apply and will be notified to you when making your reservation/purchase. 14. The Salthouse Hotel does not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen, or expired gift vouchers - protect them as you would cash. 15. The Salthouse Hotel reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions at any time, and for any reason without prior notice to you. 16. Please note that your voucher can only be redeemed after three days of the date of purchase.
