1. The Salthouse Restaurant Voucher is only valid for one year from the date of purchase. 2. The Salthouse Restaurant Voucher can only be redeemed against The Salthouse Restaurant. 3. The Salthouse Restaurant Voucher must be used for the purpose intended. 4. The Salthouse Restaurant Voucher must be redeemed in full during a single transaction. 5. The Salthouse Restaurant Voucher cannot be exchange for cash or a monetary gift voucher. 6. Gift vouchers are not redeemable online, deposit will still be taken. 7. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers or split into more vouchers. 8. Gift Vouchers may not be used towards Advanced Purchase for online bookings. 9. The original gift voucher must be presented upon arrival and the unique reference ID code should be quoted when booking and in all correspondence. 10. It is imperative that online vouchers are printed and presented upon arrival, otherwise an alternative payment method will be required. 11. Cancellation Policies apply and will be notified to you when making your reservation/purchase. 12. The Salthouse Hotel does not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen, or expired gift vouchers - protect them as you would cash. 13. The Salthouse Hotel reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions at any time, and for any reason without prior notice to you. 14. Please note that your voucher can only be redeemed after three days of the date of your purchase.
