The Salt Spa Twilight Dinner & Thermal Experience Voucher must be redeemed in full during a single transaction and cannot be used to pay a deposit. Excluded dates include 24th, 25th, 26th & 31st December and 14th February. The Salthouse Hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or expired vouchers - protect them as you would cash. The voucher must be used for the purpose intended which includes a two course dinner at the Salthouse Restaurant at 5pm followed by Thermal access in The Salt Spa from 6-8pm Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be used to pay a deposit or exchanged for cash. The original gift voucher must be presented upon arrival and the unique reference ID code should be quoted when booking and in all correspondence. It is imperative that online vouchers are printed and presented upon arrival, otherwise an alternative payment method will be required.
