The Salt Spa Thermal Experience Voucher is valid for two years from the date of issue. The Salt Spa Thermal Experience Voucher must be redeemed in full during a single transaction and cannot be used to pay a deposit. Excluded dates include 24th, 25th, 26th & 31st December and 14th February. The Salthouse Hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or expired vouchers - protect them as you would cash. The voucher must be used for the purpose intended which includes two hours access to the thermal suite followed by a two course lunch at The Salthouse Restaurant. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be used to pay a deposit or exchanged for cash. The original gift voucher must be presented upon arrival and the unique reference ID code should be quoted when booking and in all correspondence. It is imperative that online vouchers are printed and presented upon arrival, otherwise an alternative payment method will be required. The Salthouse Hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
